I have been a landlord in Cardiff for nearly 40 years. I offer a highly personal service. This is central to my business.
My aim is to provide the best houses for students in Cardiff, tailored to what you want.
All of my houses were bought specifically to let to university students. Their location is excellent as I have bought only in what I consider the prime student locations.
I fit and maintain my houses to the highest standards. As I am not an agent, I can always respond directly to queries and suggestions and I take pleasure in being able to say yes to most requests.
My maintenance team includes a maintenance manager, builder, plumber, heating engineer, electrician and gardener. They usually provide their services at short notice.
Unusually, I don’t charge a bond or deposit. I believe I am unique in Cardiff in this respect.
